Bite Insight allows you to select:

Important:

  • We do not collect medical records.
  • We do not connect to NHS or healthcare databases.
  • We only store the preferences you choose to input.

This information is used solely to personalise your experience inside the app.

We may collect anonymous usage data such as:

Usage and interaction data. We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to collect anonymised usage data, including which screens you visit, which features you use, your device type, and the app version you’re running. This helps us understand how Bite Insight is used and improve it. We never share identifiable health information with analytics providers.

If you subscribe to Bite Insight+, payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

We do not store your full card details.
