Our commitment

Bite Insight is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities.

We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our website and mobile application.

02

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

These guidelines explain how to make web and mobile content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make our service more user-friendly for all people.

  • Perceivable — Information is presented in ways users can perceive.
  • Operable — Interface components and navigation are operable by all.
  • Understandable — Information and operation of the interface is understandable.
  • Robust — Content can be interpreted reliably by assistive technologies.
03

Known limitations

We are aware of some accessibility limitations and are actively working to resolve them.

Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen reader compatible.
  • Complex data visualisations may have limited alternative descriptions.
  • Some third-party embedded content may not meet all accessibility standards.

We are working to address these limitations and welcome feedback on any issues you encounter.
